I finally got around to redrawing this scene that I've wanted to do for a long, long time. The Neo Queen was my favorite childhood character, and that's how I always imagined her. Warm, majestic, gentle and beautiful. I tried very hard to portray her just like that. I got a lot of inspiration from songs from the fifth season of the show. Such as "Where Is That Person...?", "Eternal Sailor Moon" and "Gentle" 🥰
